Microsoft says that the application is compatible with Windows 10 HP tells me that ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ is compatible with Windows 10 therefore it must be compatible. The question that I posted has been answered. Reset HP Smart App Open Settings on Windows 10 or 11 computer. Printer offline, tried HP Doctor, needs admin password. Is the application (HP Print and Scan Doctor version 4.9) compatible with Windows 10 home?
